Duke Ellington School of the Arts celebrates graduation to close its 40th anniversary year. The Commencement Address was delivered by Dr George Faison -- a Washington DC native who became the first African American to win a Tony award for best choreography for The Wiz. In typical Ellington fashion, the graduation program was full of wonderful student performances, and overflowed with recognitions and awards.
